John Dwyer
President
John Dwyer is the President and principal investor/owner of ET Investments, LLC. John and other key owner/operators started ET Investments in 2003. John previously was the director of legislative and regulatory affairs for a national title insurer, principal owner and president of United General Title Insurance Company, owner and founding member of multiple title agencies, partner in a national consulting company, board member of several industry services companies and key manager in a national title insurer in various capacities. John literally “grew up” in the title insurance industry following his stepfather and mother into the business. John has served in every major capacity and function of this industry from examination, to actuary, to business founder. He possesses skills in strategic management, productivity enhancements, technology, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and all title related functions. John has degrees in psychology and education but claims the status of a “title person”.
Bryan R. Willis
Executive Vice President
Bryan R. Willis is the Executive Vice President and an investor/owner of ET Investments, LLC. Bryan came to ET Investments from United General Title Insurance Company, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bryan was an integral part of a team that grew United General's revenues from roughly $110 million in 2000 to more than $220 million in 2004. Prior to joining United General, Bryan was Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Chicago Title Corporation. Bryan possesses superior skills in corporate development, strategic planning, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. Bryan received his Bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in computer science from Southern Utah University. He received his Master's in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, where he graduated with Distinction.
Meghan Martelon

Meghan Martelon is the Secretary and General Counsel of ET Investments, LLC. Meghan came to ET Investments from AngloGold Ashanti North America where she served as Senior Corporate Counsel. Immediately prior to joining AngloGold, Meghan was a tax and business associate at the Denver law firm of Engel & Reiman pc. Meghan is a proud alumni of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she studied Political Science and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree while playing varsity volleyball for CU. Meghan earned her JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and her Masters of Laws in Taxation from the Daniels College of Business. A Colorado native Meghan grew up in the Denver area and enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking and biking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
James W. Shumway is the Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of ET Investments, LLC. Jim came to ET Investments from United General Title Insurance Company, where he served as Vice President and Controller. At United General, Jim played a significant role in overseeing and improving day-to-day operations of its Finance and Accounting Department, including A/R, A/P, GAAP, Statutory, and financial analysis. Jim worked closely with United General’s Legal Department to help improve its claims database. Jim worked with United General’s field management staff on budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Before joining United General, Jim served as Vice President in charge of administrative functions of a privately-held, Las Vegas-based company with roughly $50 million in annual revenues, where he was responsible for supervising its accounting, human resource, collection, and IT departments. Jim received his BS degree from Southern Utah University and his MBA from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
Janet Sosnowski

Risk Management
Janet Sosnowski is the Vice President of Risk Management of ET Investments, LLC. Janet began her tenure in title 40 years ago, when she took a summer job in the industry and never left, feeling at home in such a close knit and fast-paced industry. She worked in title/escrow as well as accounting before becoming a Vice President of Risk Management. Originally from Santa Barbara, CA, Janet has lived in Colorado for over 25 years and has no plans of leaving. In her free time, she enjoys taking in Colorado’s scenery while hiking with her family, having friends over to play music and shoot pool, and spending time with her 2 dogs & 2 cats.
Jeremy Davis

Information Technology
Jeremy Davis is the Vice President of Technology at ET Investments. Jeremy has extensive experience developing high-performing IT organizations rooted in reliability, scalability, and security. Jeremy is well versed in implementing and supporting IT regulatory compliance requirements including SOX, GLBA, HIPAA, FERPA. Jeremy has always had a passion for technology and has more than twenty years’ experience in the field of Information Technology. Jeremy’s technology experience includes 11 years in the Financial Services and Real Estate industries and 10 years in the Healthcare and Human Services industries. Jeremy has his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst and his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from Arizona State University.
Scott Simonds
Vice President of Operations
Scott Simonds is the Vice President of Operations of ET Investments, LLC. Scott started in the title business in 1984 and has worked in all areas of the business including title searching/production, escrow systems, Information Technology, company acquisition and startup. He came to ET Investments from United General Title Insurance Company where he served as its Vice President and Senior Systems Administrator. Scott played a key role in the startup of ET Investments’ agencies and its subsidiary companies. There is not an aspect of the business that Scott has not had his hands in. He is known as the “Answer Man”. Scott is a Denver, Colorado native and in his younger days climbed all the Colorado 14’ers, kayaked all its rivers and has skied since he could walk.
