Bryan R. Willis, Executive Vice President
Bryan R. Willis is the Executive Vice President and an investor in and owner of ET Investments, LLC. Bryan came to ET Investments from United General Title Insurance Company, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Bryan was an integral part of a team that grew United General's revenues from roughly $110 million in 2000 to more than $220 million in 2004. Prior to joining United General, Bryan was Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at Chicago Title Corporation. Bryan possesses superior skills in corporate development, strategic planning, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. Bryan received his Bachelor's degree in business administration with a minor in computer science from Southern Utah University. He received his Master's in Business Administration from Brigham Young University, where he graduated with Distinction.

James W. Shumway, Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer
James W. Shumway is the Senior Vice President, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer of ET Investments, LLC. Jim came to ET Investments from United General Title Insurance Company, where he served as Vice President and Controller. At United General, Jim played a significant role in overseeing and improving day-to-day operations of its Finance and Accounting Department, including A/R, A/P, GAAP, Statutory, and financial analysis. Jim worked closely with United General’s Legal Department to help improve its claims database. Jim worked with United General’s field management staff on budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Before joining United General, Jim served as Vice President in charge of administrative functions of a privately-held, Las Vegas-based company with roughly $50 million in annual revenues, where he was responsible for supervising its accounting, human resource, collection, and IT departments. Jim received his BS degree from Southern Utah University and his MBA from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.

Mary Jo Gross, Senior Vice President, Secretary, and Corporate Counsel
Mary Jo Gross is the Senior Vice President, Secretary, and Corporate Counsel of ET Investments, LLC. Mary Jo came to ET Investments from United General Title Insurance Company where she served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel. Immediately prior to joining United General, Mary Jo was General Counsel for Transwest Trucks. And prior to her in-house corporate counsel career, Mary Jo was a shareholder and director of Fairfield and Woods, P.C., a long-standing Denver law firm. Mary Jo is a past President of the Denver Bar Association and a past Chairperson of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law Alumni Council. Mary Jo received her BA degree from Miami University (Ohio), an MA in Library Science from the University of Denver, and her JD from the University of Denver.

Scott Simonds, Senior Vice President and IT Manager
Scott Simonds is the Senior Vice President and IT Manager of ET Investments, LLC. Scott started in the title business in 1984. Scott came to ET Investments from United General Title Insurance Company, where he served as its Vice President and Senior Systems Administrator. Since that time, Scott has worked in all areas of title production/management and IT. Scott played a key roll in the start up of United General's direct operations in California and ET Investments' subsidiary companies.
